Monika Moravcikova is your social counsellor.

She focuses on advising foreign students and students with children, who are confronted with many different problematic situations. The social counselling is based on helping you to help yourself. We share important advice and contacts.

Moreover, the StuRa offers you the possibility to apply for support if experiencing temporary financial difficulties. The support is not repayable and can be applied for once per academic year.

What you need for the application: current certificate of enrolment, rent contract, proof of incidental expenses, account statements (last 90 days), current administrative decisions, children’s birth certificates, as well as pregnancy record book in case of pregnancy.

If you can not attend the usual counselling hours, individual appointments are possible. You may also call during counselling hours.

You are also welcome to talk to our counsellor about the following:

  • Pregnancy
  • Being a student parent
  • Financial problems
  • Students with disabilities

However, if you have problems concerning the following:

  • Drug issues
  • Study-related stress
  • Test anxiety
  • Other psychological problems
